Reuse the cabinets if realistic. There are LOTS of creative ways to update cabinets, most involving paint. Purchasing really hate the doors, just replace them, and reuse the cupboards. For resale it's much better to have them in good repair and clutter liberate. New cabinets may cost significantly $50,000
